Ridge Wrestling Club is a nonprofit organization that exists to promote and teach young student athletes about the many positive aspects of the sport of wrestling. It is the goal of our coaching staff to offer youth wrestlers an opportunity to participate and excel in a positive and safe environment. The Riverdale Ridge High School wrestling room is a facility second to none in the state of Colorado. Wrestlers will enjoy the large workout space and mats the facility offers.
Ridge Wrestling Club was formed to introduce wrestling and its many positive benefits to kids 14 and under (preschool to 8th grade). The Club is open to all interested kids. Wrestlers will compete in the Peak 2 Peak Wrestling League, Colorado's premier youth wrestling league.
Ridge Wrestling Club is a sanctioned USA Wrestling Club. What does this mean? Well, all coaches get a background check and are registered with USA Wrestling. Secondly, our practice facility offers all wrestlers secondary insurance in case of an injury. Consequently, in order for wrestler to participate, they too must be registered members with USA Wrestling. Therefore, before filling out your registration, you must obtain a USA wrestling membership for your wrestler and get a membership number (card). As part of the registration process, you will also be asked to sign off on a waiver in order to participate in club activities. Your wrestlers will have a great experience and lots of fun. Welcome to the Ridge Wrestling Club.
